Have you delete some programs?

After deleting many programs prior to giving the PC away

when I start up again a message appears.

"an exception OE has occured at 0028:CIE359A5 IN VXD____. this was called from 0028:CIE359A5 IN VXD___. It may be possible to continue normally by pressing CC. or touching any key."

How can I get rid of this message. Thank you for your help
