Several weeks ago I got hit with a virus that started redirecting my internet connection to the netherlands and to an island called torrenga. I got billed for these charges as I used a dialup network.

I purchased and installed Norton System Work and Anti Spam. This seems to have stopped my problems and got rid of the virus, however, now when I go on the internet and attempt to get on to a site where I was required to enter a user id and password I get the IE error message that says i could not be connected to the site.

Ive gone into Tools and security options but I do not see anything strange.

Please help. I cannot access my bank accounts or any other password secured site. Is the something in Norton that I need to adjust?

Thank you

I suggest you that you need to uninstall your Norton anti-virus, because might be causing some loggin restrictions for any reason

Try to re-install it and check any difference or change It suppose to work properly this time
