When forwarding an email, how do I delete all of the other addresses that appear in the body of the message? I have tried highlighting, right click and delete and backspacing and still cannot delete the other addresses.

To forward an email as an attachment without revealing all the addresses in it:

1 Save the message you want to forward as a .eml or .msg file

2 Open the saved message in a text editor like Notepad

3 Delete all the email addresses you do not want to reveal

Usually, you can simply remove the To: and Cc: lines completely

4 In your email client, forward the original message as an attachment

5 Before sending the forward, however, delete the automatically generated attachment

6 Attach your edited .eml or .msg file instead

7 Continue composing and delivering the forward as usual
