What comes up when you computer start?

when system comes up I get a pkrzvy.exe corruoted.what is this and do I need it or can i detele

According to my search about this pkrzvy.exe, I couldn't find anything anywhere It might be some new virus or trojan horse trying to attack your computer Please, if you don't have one in your computer, try to install a good anti-virus in order to protect your computer system.
