The program keeps shutting down?

my computer shuts when iam in a program. i also get an error message indicating "we are sorry for the inconvience but the program must shut down now"

This problem might be due to low memory If this problem happen again, just close whatever other program you are not using or you don't need at the moment, it will give enough memory capability for the task you're doing at the moment If you want to have more memory capability, just add more RAM to your computer, if you have only 128 MB, upgrad it to 256 MB.
