How do I clean the W32.spybot.worm off my computer?

Norton has detected a virus on my laptop called W32.spybot.worm and it can't remove it. Any suggestions?

The anti virus alone can't remove everything You need to get the removal tool from the Symantec website.

Go to this site and download the removal tool then run it.
