Did you install outlook express?

I have outlook express I installed outlook. How do I get my mail from one to the other. Because I still have to go to express to check my mail. I have made outlook my default email. and every tim I log on it asks me if I want outlook to be my default in i click yes. could you please help?

If you don't want outlook express be your email server, next time you receive this question, Do you want outlook express to be your default email server? just check "yes", also check the little checking window in the corner that says"do not ask this question again" This will stop the program ask you again.
