How to remove old password protection?

I was given a Dell Tower with Win NT 4.0 Workstation OS but the old network password wasn't removed. How can I remove the old password protection so I can let my kids use the computer? I want to have no password so it will just boot up. Thanks

You can first try install a parallel operating system on a different partition on the same computer.
