My Video and Audio both play slow

No matter what I do my video/audio both play slow. They are in sync, just slow. It is just fast enough so that you can understand what they are saying, but it is a pain. I have tried to reload reelplayer and quicktime but it keeps coming up the same way. It does not matter if I play a video from a web site or if I play one that I already have in my computers memery...HELP PLEASE!!

This could be a problem with having alot of applications turned on at once and there may be others running in the background as well that may impede the process to run normal What I recommend you doing is to check the task manager and see which application is running Once there you can manually close applications that are not being use
