How do I delete Administrator?

I had to add an administrator to load my Kodak picture program. I went to System & advanced to delete all but owner, but administrator is still there, even though I don't see it when I go to system/advanced.

The administrator user is added to the operating system at the time of installation and does not appear in Control Panel with the other users In order to sign on as administrator you need to access the sign-on screen and type in the user name "administrator" with the appropriate password If you have chosen to use the sign-on screen that displays the selected users then you will have to hit "Ctrl, Alt, Delete" twice at the time of sign on to change the screen to allow you to input each user name and password individually.
