Since your operating system was reinstalled your problem could be physical Check to make sure that all internal fans are plugged in and in proper working order You may be having an overheating problem due to an unplugged or malfunctioning fan Vacuum out all dirt from inside the tower and make sure there are no obstructions at the vents If all is well physically then you may have a defective component and may need to have the motherboard checked.
