On startup, I get the message: "Generic Host Process for WIN32 Services encountered a problem and needed to close."

Details are: "Generic Host Process for WIN32 Services. Error Signature szAppName:svchost.exe szAppVer:0.0.0.0 sz ModName:unknown sz ModVer:0.0.0.0 offset:00000000."

Files referenced are:

C:\Docume~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER8410.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp

C"Docume~1\Owner\LOCALS~1|Temp\WER8410.dir00\appcompat.txt

I cannot view certain graphics clearly (png, gif) on websites. Most pictures appear blurred or have a "solarized" effect.

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:

1.Turn off the computer and the printer or the scanner.

2.Disconnect the printer or the scanner from the computer.

3.Restart the computer.

4.Install the compatible drivers and software for the printer or the scanner, and then reconnect the printer or the scanner to the computer.

Also run a virus scan on your computer to check if there are any viruses.
