I believed some changes were made to your computer, and the best suggesting I have for you is to use the Last Known Good Configuration feature This feature is a recovery option that you can use to start your computer by using the most recent settings that worked The Last Known Good Configuration feature restores registry information and driver settings that were in effect the last time the computer started successfully.

To start your computer by using the Last Known Good Configuration feature, follow these steps:

Start your computer.

1 When you see the "Please select the operating system to start" message, press the F8 key.

2 When the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, use the ARROW keys to select Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked), and then press ENTER.

After using “The Last Known Configuration” feature you should no long receive the two error messages Now you should try to remove the program that you are interested in moving If for some reason you can not remove the program and you computer continues to display error messages please contact use with detail information about the name of the program you are trying to remove.

Good Luck!
