I have a 15gb Hard drive and have recently added a W.D. 80gb external hard drive for storing data and also using for Backing up my Internal (C:) drive. Can I use the MS BAckup? What method do you suggest?

Yes, you certainly can use MS Backup if that is your preference A typical backup method is doing an incremental backup daily, then a full back up once a week But, if this a little over-the-top, perhaps you can modify this method to an incremental backup once a week and a full backup once a month It all depends on your paranoia level, and/or preference.
