How to unblock email address

Friend's e-mail address somehow added to Blocked Sender list, and I cannot remove it and restore it. Thank you.

First, what is your or e-mail provider??

They should usually contain a section in "my account" or "options" settings If not you might what to contact the e-mail provider to see how you can restore that unblocking function.

Try this step before you consider contacting your e-mail provider.

To unblock a sender:

Click the Options link, located in the upper right corner of the email interface.

Click the Block Sender link on the Options page, located under the Mail Management heading.

Locate the email address you wish to unblock in the Blocked Sender list.

Click the email address to select it.

Click the Remove button to remove the sender from the Blocked Sender list.

Click the Submit button A confirmation message will appear saying that the list has been updated.

Click OK.
