What is Content Advisor?

As I surf the internet I keep running into this item is blocked? How do I unblock?

You can take a look at your Content Advisor by going into the menu at the top of the page when you are in your Internet browser: Tools, Internet Options, Content and click on the "Enable" button in the Content Advisor and see what limitations are set in the different categories
