I can't change the pixels on the graphics on my computer and everything is very large and the color is off. It's set to 640 x 480 pixels and 4 bit color and it won't let me change it. What do I do?

I see that you are using Windows 98 and believe that there are a couple of screens that need to have settings changed to accomplish the task you have in question Click on the

“start” button and select “Control Panel” look for “Display” and click on it This will open the “Display Properties” and there are several Tabs to choose from Select the “Appearance” Tab look on the bottom half of the screen and you will see three items we will work with “Color scheme:”, “Font size” and “Effects…” You said “everything is very large and the color is off ”, under “Color scheme:” choose “Default (blue)” from the drop box Under “Font size;” choose normal from the drop box If you have large icons

then click on the “Effects..” button and take the check mark out of the front of “Use large icons” Click OK

Now go to the “Settings” tab in the lower half of the screen you can move the bar to the left and right under “Screen resolution” to your desired setting You will also see next to that “Color quality” you can click on the drop box and choose what you desire, you can try Highest (32 bit) and then click on OK and see if this changes your pixels and graphics to the settings you are used to.
