Why can't I connect to the internet?

I cannot connect to a web site that i downloaded. I could connect for one month but now it won't connect

If you go to 'tools' then 'options' in your mail browser you will probably find a setting somewhere in there to tell the connection to disconnect after x minutes - uncheck this Be aware that almost all IPS's simply disconnect you after 20 minutes idle time (irrespective of whether they say they do or not) It's the way they stop users logging in and staying online all day and tying up the ports.
