How do I turn on my Internet Status Bar?

There used to be a small window near the lower right of my screen that put in progressive green bars to show the progress toward opening whatever website I was attempting to open. Now, it's gone. How can I get it back?

Open your Internet Browser and go to the top of the and click on View and then click on Status Bar Then open up another Internet Browser and go to a website and you should see the green progressive bars
