Why can't I boot into safe mode?

The computer will not load in safe mode, it just goes blank and freezes. how do i fix this?

You need to go into the Device Manager When the Device Manager comes up it will show the source of the problem and corrective action The Device Manager in Safe Mode will access the working and nonworking properties so that you can correct the problem by turning the problem on or off.
