How do I retrieve the Administrative Password?

I have two Admin account in my Windows2000 OS.

I want to retrieve the admin password of other account from my admin account.

How can I retrieve the password of that admin account.

I DO NOT WANT TO RESET THE PASSWORD

I just want to retrieve that password.

As the Administor of Admin Accounts you should have the passwords in a safe file away from the computer You should have set up a password Reset Disk when you were setting up the admin files.
