Recommend amount to disk space?

Under the "Tools" menu, when I go to "internet options", and then click on "settings", it says "amount of disk space to use". What do you recommend I enter for the the amount of disk space to use, so my computer can go faster?

The recommend disk space should be set between 500mb and 100mb The more disk space you have the faster pages will use But you will loose space for your other files the more you increase the storage space for temporary internet files.
