How do I install a new prgram with and not get a launcher.exe error

My computer won't let me install a program I just bought, and say the is a problem with launcher.exe. Can you help?

I did a search in google for this error and came up with the following: The web site is http://www.auditmypc.com/process/launcher.asp, this web site give the details on launcher.exe and has a link to free software to help remove it.
