my game called PANZERS phase 1 comes in three load up discs and will not load, I had the game loaded on the laptop before but uninstalled it because I had to much junk on my laptop, now I want it back on. I typed in the run box D:\setup.exe and it still won't load the first disc, just sits there. can you give me some ideas on what to check for? I cleaned all the discs and there are no scratches or marks on the discs. Please help thanks. Ed in Phoenix AZ

Insead of typing D:/setup.exe in the run command just type D:/ and see what happens

you could try starting the install wizard from Windows Explorer.

just right click on start in the bottom left corner and selecting explorer then locate your d drive and see if it knows a disc is there if it does try finding the 'install' or 'start up' file to start the wizard.

if that doesn't work you could update the diriver to do so go to Control Panel select System then the harware tab and select device manager find your CD/DVD ROM drives and select your disc drive when the properties menu opens choose the drivers tabs and select update you need to connect to the Net if you can.
