Why can I get to my email but not the internet?

I have Dial Up, and can connect for my email, but why can't I connect to the Internet?

You will need to check you settings when you are in the web browswer

Click on Tools-->Internet Options-->Security There are several different Web content zones to specify security settings You will want to see if these are set to high to allow you to get into the internet or if there is a restriction set.
