How do I keep my home page from changing?

When I go onto Internet Explorer, my home page is Google, and I put in my work website www.agentnet.com--I then get my sign in screen AND then Priceline.com comes up. I am a travel agent so something is capturing info on my computer and changing it to Priceline.com

Any suggestions?

Some website can be very sneaky and a question will pop up asking you if you want to set this website as your home page When this question comes up answer no.
