What do I do if my computer doesn’t properly shut down?

If my computer does not shut down properly what do i do?

If your computer does not shut down normally by clicking on the “start” button, selecting “Turn off computer” and then selecting “Turn off”

You will want to try pressing on these 3 keys in this order and hold each key down until all 3 are held down at the same time Ctrl, Alt and Delete This should reboot your computer safely Then try shutting your computer down as described in the first paragraph.
