What is the problem with my boot screen?

When i switch on my system, it won't get passed the boot screen. It goes untill the windows XP, and then goes back to the system info screen you normally see when you just switch it on. This keeps repeating over and over and i dont know what the problem could be..PLEASE HELP..Raps

It looks like the Device Drivers are not communicating somewhere in the system You need all to reinstall the disks that came with your system When the system comes up, you want to get into the Device Manager to check and see which Drivers are communicating or not You can then turn on or off the Drivers that will get your system up and running.
