The picture on our monitor was very blurry and the color somewhat dull. It was an old monitor, so we figured it had gone bad and so we replaced it with a flat panel monitor. However the new monitor display is just as blurry! What are the possibilities? We've done all of the trouble-shooting with no success. What else should we check?

From start go into the Control Panel-->Display

-->advanced tab-->Troubleshoot, you're looking for "Hardware acceleration", reduce it a notch until either the problem goes away or you run out of notches.

If you run out of notches, you may have to reinstall your video drivers It could also be your video card.
