Can I update my HP Pocket PC 4155 to turn it into a Phone?

I have a HP Pocket Pc 4155 and i would like to turn it in to a Phone is that posiable i know they have the s66 and that is a cell phone but can i load that software onto my PDA

Research does not show there is a phone sim card that was created for this particular model of HP Pocket PC That evolved with later models of HP Pocket PC’s.
