Why are all the ports on my motherboard dead?

all the ports of my motherboard just stop working except for the keyboard port and the USB PCI card i just add are working, my motherboard brand is ASUS CUVX4-C please help me.......

You may need to reconfigure your CMOS settings When your system first boots up you should see 'F12=Setup' or something like that Type that key to enter CMOS From there you should check your settings and make sure your ports are active If they are, then you have hardware incompatibility issues Remove your USB card or change it's settings to remedy this.
