How do I correct a problem like Fatal Exception warning error O/E 0028-00000002?

I get a Fatal Exception warning on Shut Down.

O/E 0028-00000002.I then have to switch off power at the Computer Tower,When I power up again It runs ScanDisc to check For errors.

How do I correct this Problem?

The fatal exception warning error number does not help in diagnosing the exact problem From what you have advised so far you either have a corrupted operating system or a virus/Trojan horse has infected your system Both of which can be fixed.

I would suggest you start with running a virus scan software and see if it picks up anything If this does not pick up anything you would need to consider reloading your operating system
