When strating Outlook Express it will receive all my mail.
when it completes receiving mail it will give which will remain on screen until I close it. It will then continue to turn my internet connection off. If turn my internet connection on and attempt to open a link in an e-mail it would shut down the connection.
The eror message that shows when I start e-mail is

This error message means the server does not support a SSL connection This problem happens because your version of Outlook Express is set up to use Secure Socket Layer (SSL
To fix this problem:
Open Outlook Express, and click Tools
Then click on Accounts
Then click on your ISP connection and click Properties
Then click Advanced
On this screen remove the checks from the boxes This server requires a secure connection for both Outgoing mail (SMTP) and Incoming mail (POP3)
You will then be able to collect your mail
