How do I make My Computer load faster?

sir i just have a question regarding my computer

when i hit the button of my computer there will nothing appear on the screen for 15 minutes or it starts to detect other hardwares very late but when the bios information appears on screen there is no problrm of booting i boots quickly but the main fault is the first 15 minutes i think u may umderstand what i m trying to say as u r an I.T professional.i m waiting for ur early reply as early as possible plz solve my problem
