How do I delete the info that is in the internet address field?

again pls help me by telling me how to delete the info that is in the internet address field on the top of the screen can you help me?

To delete the info that is in the internet address field:

Open Internet Explorer.

Click Tools on the top menu bar.

Click Internet Options.

Near the bottom of the Internet Options box, in the History area click the Clear History button

This will delete the browser history.
