Let Data Doctors be your personal IT department today

hi there

i have now done just about everything you suggested (http://www.datadoctors.com/help/questions/question.cfm?id=18322)and more. i used norton utilities disk doctor to repair

the disk.. i defragged. i used win doctor and pc doc pro and repaired everything.

i used system checker to find missing or currrupt files.

i am still having problems. certain web sites (such as bidz.com) still crash the

computer with firefox. i tried using the conflict wizard to see if i have a conflict

with something but my wizards seems to be missing. also when i try to access the

properties for my c drive i get a fatal errror exception.

another big problem is my mouse just suddenly stops working. it comes back but

takes a while. also it takes about 5-6 minutes to boot. in order to shut down

i must first manually close rundll32 (with control alt delte). otherwise the machine

will not shut down.

i there someplace else i can go to have someone walk me through what else i can

do.... i don't want to have to reformat and reinstall. it would be a nightmere

thanks

susan
