How do I get rid of Spy Sheriff!

Dear Spy sheriff,

If you would like to get rid of a certain program in your computer You could go to start, settings, control panel, and add/remove program Select the program you would like to remove(spy sheriff) and then click remove It might no be listed under this name so check what items have been recently installed.
