Keeping hard drive clean.

What steps should I do on a regular basis to keep my hard drive free of temp and junk files? Do you have a check list?

Download microsoft antispyware from microsoft.com website and run that once a week Go to accessaries, tools and system tools click on diskcleanup run that weekly Go to my computer and right click on your harddrive, click tools and run the check for errors and then when that is done go back the same way to click on the defrag Weekly maintenance.
