Hi,

I brought a USB MP3 player about 1 year back and this was working fine for some days. But now even though my pc detects external hardware connected, I am not able to access the memory nor I can play any songs on it.

This is a 'WALKER Digital Mp3 player' having 512MB of memory. I tried upgrading the driver for this but of no use. I badly need this to be corrected asap. It would be a great help if you can suggest some means to recover this. Atleast I need to use this as a pen drive.

Thanks,

Shashi

Did you try to connect the player into the back USB ports?

Sometimes USB ports become unusable for whatever reason, so it might see that something is connected, but not know what it is.
