How do I get rid of a program that is in my startup tray. Also cannot change the home page to anything other than what keeps coming up. A program asking me if I want to buy Spyfalcon keeps popping up

Try these three suggestions:

1 First right click on the program listed on your start up tray, it might give you the option to disable start program at start up.

2 Go to start, programs, then start up menu and disable or delete any programs listed there.

3 There are free programs (shareware or freeware) available to download off the web that can identify programs that are running at start up and will allow you to control the programs Go to this website for a list: http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_content.php#Startup_managers.

For the homepage issue, I recommend downloading Microsoft adaware and running it If you already have a spyware loaded on your computer, update it.
