Cox is offering its "Security Suite" free software. I us Norton AntiVirus software and keep it current. I would appreciate a spam blocker and pop-up blocker and have heard you talk about some freebies in those areas on your radio program.

Which way is the best to go and would be the most trouble free?

Either program will offer protection against spam and pop ups So there is no wrong answer to which company to use Symantec, the maker of the Norton line of products, has been a reliable company for a long time and they make easy to use products Cox is a reliable company for internet access but the only issue you may want to consider is whether their free software would work should you decide to change providers You may want to contact Cox customer service if that ever becomes an issue If it were me, I'd say spend the extra money and go with the company (Symantec) that has been in the computer security business all along.
