How do I move my taskbar in the monitor screen?

After increasing the taskbar to two levels (i.e. raising it up one notch), I would like to have the lower right clock on only the upper level, instead of occupying the entire right hand side of both levels. Know what I mean?

Thanks for your help. You guys helped me out before, and were great!

To move the taskbar back to bottom of the screen, just left-click the mouse on the taskbar and without releasing the button, drag the mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen then release the button You can use this method to move it to the left and right sides of the screen as well That's answering your question, isn't?
