Why doesn't my Netscape Web Mail load properly?

MY QUESTION MAY BE RELATED TO THE HARD DRIVE OR MY PROCESSOR.

I AM NOT SURE. IT ALSO COULD BE RELATED TO MY E-MAIL.

I HAVE NETSCAPE WEB MAIL. WHEN I CLICK ON THE ICON TO GET MY MAIL THE COMPUTER STARTS TO CYCLE AND RETREIVE MY MAIL. IT

STABILIZE'S MOMENTARILY AT THE GET MAIL SCREEN AND THEN RECYCLES TO THE SAME SCREEN. EVENTUALLY IT STABLIZES AT THE

GET MAIL SCREEN. I THEN CLICK ON AN INDIVIDUAL E MAIL. THE

COMPUTER QUICKLY BRINGS IT UP AND I START TO READ IT AND THEN

SUDDENLY IT RECYCLES TO THE GET MAIL SCREEN. THIS HAPPENS

A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THEN FINALLY THE COMPUTER BRINGS UP THE

READ MAIL SCREEN AND THEN I CAN READ MY E MAIL.

THIS BEST DESCRIBES MY PROBLEM. WHEN THE COMPUTER CYCLES IT

DOES IT RAPIDILY WHILE TRYING TO LOAD THE PAGE. ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. I HAVE HAD MY COMPUTER FOR ABOUT A YEAR. ALSO MY ISP CONNECTS ME AT 53.3 K'S. I DIDN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH MY OTHER ISP WHICH CONNECTED ME AT 26'6 K'S

The issue is most likely a Server issue on the Netscape Web Mail side As the web page is loading, it goes through processes in which you have no control It seems from your question that you are able to retrieve your e-mail after awhile, so it seems that the Web mail server may just be taking a little longer than you are used to You can always contact the tech support of the Web mail or try changing e-mail providers (Yahoo mail, Excite mail).
