Hiw do I restore a program ?

HELP!!

I have been using clean sweep (don't know to much about using it) archived word perfect a whille back to get more room on my hard drive c: drive then I had another hard drive installed on the computer 4.5 g. The strore partitioned the 4.5 g. so now I have a C: D: E: F: drives well when I went in to uninstall the word perfect and I decided moved it to a differnt drive the program I tried to open it said ShwinB20DLL is missing. I do not know how to get that back. Thank you

Try to re-create the default folders that were shipped with W95/98/ME

1 Click the Start button, and then click Run

2 Type the command

grpconv /s

GRPCONV.EXE runs automatically after Setup has copied most of the files needed for a complete installation and rebooted your computer
