Having an odd time web surfing?

I recently had a virus and my computer is now cleaned. But since that time I am unable to see any graphics while surfing the web. All I can see is black and white writing. I read the question similar to my problem which suggested deleting cookies and internet files but it didn't work. Hope you can help. Thank you. robert

One of the ways that a virus can get you is store itself in your profile which it recreates itself every time you log in My guess is its still around You can ether do one of two things One try another virus scan which may be able to clear it out Or two, which I recommend backup all your important files and reformat which always cleans a virus.
