How do I configure Norton to allow internet connections?

HI

I AM RUNNING NORTON.........AND IN THE LAST 2 DAYS IT WONT ALLOW ME TO CONNECT TO THE NET

IF I DISABLE NORTON ONLY THEN WILL IT ALLOW ME TO CONNECT TO NET

WHY IS THIS????

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO???

You may want to consult with Norton's help documents to see how to modify what connections are allowed and blocked The program may allow you to change the settings with the following directions:

To create a specific rule:

1 Start SCF.

2 Click Client Firewall.

3 Click Internet Access Control.

4 Click Configure.

5 Click System-Wide Settings.

6 Click Add.

7 In following along with the dialog boxes, create the rule with the following parameters:

* Block

* Connections to other computers

* Only the computers and sites listed below (click Add and enter the Web site that you want to block).

* Protocols: TCP/UDP

* All types of communication

8 Leave the rule at the end of the list.

9 Click OK.

10 Close SCF.
