I bought a SanDisk m240 MP3 Player. It has a 1GB capacity. When I try to sync music using window's media player into my MP3 Player, I am only able to sync one song (file) at a time. I am unable to sync multiple files. However, I used my duaghter's computer and was able to using a different audio player. I also tried using RealPlayer on my computer and was unsuccessful. Please advise.

Thank you very much for your help.

Paul

Hello Paul, my best advice is to skip all the file transferring through a media player Most of the time SanDisk MP3 players appear in the my computer screen then you can open the device just like windows explorer Then you can drag and drop as many files at once as you want Hope this helps.
