I have had to reformat my PC twice. Immediately afterwords the computer works fine. However, within a few days any websites that require you to log in (ie AOL.COM / Bank sites / Facebook / ETC ) will not work when you click the logon button. A page comes up saying there is an error with the site, etc. I have Norton Antivirus and Firewall running, and have even ran Adaware and found nothing. I can't figure out if there is a setting that Norton is messing with but I need help

My guess it was some website between when you reformatted to when it stopped working obviously However even if you have adware, spybot, norton, zone alarm and more a virus can still get through My suggestion is try a different browser and maybe and add on like no script when you not using a scripted based website This way all other scripts and cookies are blocked unless you specifically say so Remember even safe sites have Internet attacks against them which leaves bad viruses for visitors to pick up.
