Make Downloaded Files Easy To Find Create a desktop shortcut to the directory you regularly save downloaded files to so you can quickly find or copy them To create the shortcut, start Windows Explorer, highlight the folder in the right pane, right-click on it, and select Create Shortcut Then, drag the folder onto your desktop.
