Why doesn't my usb work?

please help me...

my usb port does not connect to anything

my ipod does not connect to it

my Printer

nothing works

I went to my computer

and right cliked and went to Manage

but it says nothign is wrong with my usb

so..

what do i do?

The possible reason that your computer does not detect the devices that you connect to your USB is because the USB port settings on your cmos are disabled If these settings are disabled, boot to your cmos and go to USB/peripheral and change the setting to enable detection of USB and save changes and exit Or make sure your Windows BIOS and USB hardware driver are updated, if you have an anti-virus and anti-spy ware would be better If you’re running Windows XP, run the system file checker to ensure that Windows itself is not damaged Those are the possible reasons.
